ONLY Registration with Discount-  200.00 Registration Fee/ 100.00 down and 100.00 due by June 1st. No Exceptions!

May 5th , May 19th, June 16th

 Registration fee is $225.00.  Payment option of $100 down and balance of $125 due by July 15th.  No Exceptions!

*Multiple Player Discount- 3 or more  25.00 dollars off each player on all registrations; April 14th 175.00 each & Remaining Dates 200.00 each

Evergreen Pop Warner is always looking for help from within the community and from the families of our fine young athletes - it takes a lot of team work and effort to power EPW. To Achieve this goal, every year we accept nominations for various board positions.

These positions carry various responsibilities, but without them we could not operate. If you feel you or someone you know might be a candidate for one of these positions please email all applications to secretary@evergreenpopwarner.com. All nominations must be in by February 29, 2012.  Elections are scheduled in March 2012 TBD. Please note that all positions are strictly volunteer positions and are not paid. Board meetings are held monthly throughout the season.

All Coaches applications are due by March 31, 2012. You can email to info@evergreenpopwarner.com or mail. Coaches interviews will be held the first part of April, date to be determined soon.
