TACKLE FOOTBALL and CHEER registration for 2011 Season is closed. Season begins Monday, August 1st.

Refunds

Partial refunds will be issued from now until 8/15/2011.

Partial refunds 7/16/2011 - 7/30/2011 will be minus cost of Jersey.

Partial refunds 7/31/2011 - 8/15/2011 will  be minus cost of Jersey and game pant.

No Refunds after 8/15/2011.

Payment Plan

All payments are due by August 1st.
Note: There will be a $20 fee on all returned checks and all monies owed for registration must be paid in full before equipment can be handed out.

Cost for Cheerleading

Please bring the following information with you:

Player Contract, Birth Certificate, Physical Paperwork, Picture-Wallet Size, and 2010-2011 Report Card.

Player Contract MUST be Signed by Player AND Parent.

Physical Paperwork MUST be signed and stamped by your doctor.
